What is MojoLauncher
The Java Edition launcher built for Android
MojoLauncher is a Minecraft: Java Edition launcher based on PojavLauncher. It bundles an Android build of OpenJDK, native graphics translation layers and an on-screen control system, so the real Java Edition game, with its huge mod ecosystem, runs on a phone or tablet. You sign in with the Minecraft account you already own and play the same game you know from PC.
This is the official MojoLauncher website. Everything here links to the project's own GitHub organization and its official Google Play listing.

Under the hood
Graphics renderers and drivers
Pick the renderer that suits your GPU and game version:
- Holy GL4ES: An OpenGL-to-OpenGL ES translation layer (MIT licensed) that is the long-standing default choice for most vanilla and many modded versions.
- LTW: A newer OpenGL translation renderer focused on compatibility with shader-heavy mods. The Iris release includes fixes for Angelica, Create: Aeronautics and GregTech: New Horizons.
- Freedreno (Mesa): New in Iris: a desktop OpenGL renderer for Adreno 5xx and newer GPUs, built on Mesa 26.2 with a real EGL implementation and Kopper support.
- Turnip driver: Iris adds Turnip Vulkan driver support for several Adreno GPUs.
- Zink (legacy 23.0.4): Available for Mali GPUs through an optional plugin, translating OpenGL to Vulkan.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is MojoLauncher?
MojoLauncher (also called MJLauncher) is a free, open-source launcher that lets you play Minecraft: Java Edition on Android phones and tablets. It is based on PojavLauncher and is developed in the open on GitHub under the LGPL-3.0 license.
Is MojoLauncher the same as MJLauncher?
Yes. MJLauncher is the app name shown on your device since the "Iris" release. The project, repository and website are still called MojoLauncher, and the Android package id is git.artdeell.mjlaunch.
Is mojolauncher.io the official website?
Yes. mojolauncher.io is the official website for MojoLauncher. All download buttons point to the official GitHub releases of the MojoLauncher organization or to the official Google Play listing, never to third-party mirrors.
Is MojoLauncher free?
Yes. The launcher is free and open source. You still need your own legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition to play the game; MojoLauncher does not include or sell Minecraft.
Where can I download the MojoLauncher APK?
Use the direct APK link on our Download page, which serves the file from the official GitHub release, or install it from Google Play (package git.artdeell.mjlaunch). The GitHub and Google Play builds share a package name, so they can update each other.
Which Android versions does MojoLauncher support?
The app is built with a minimum SDK of 21, which means Android 5.0 or newer can install it. For a good experience with modern Minecraft versions, a recent device with plenty of RAM and a capable GPU is strongly recommended.
Which Minecraft versions can I play?
MojoLauncher aims to run almost every Java Edition version, from the earliest rd-132211 builds up to current 26.x releases and snapshots, including Combat Test versions.
Does MojoLauncher support Forge, Fabric and mods?
Yes. Forge and Fabric can be installed through their .jar installers, and mods such as OptiFine are supported. The Iris release also added local import of Modrinth .mrpack and CurseForge .zip modpacks.
